1. Tickets & Entry

Each pass admits one person for the date printed on it. Passes are non-transferable once scanned.
A valid government photo ID matching the booking name may be requested at the gate.
Entry is subject to security checks. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.

2. Payments

All payments are processed through our authorised ticketing partner in Indian Rupees (INR).
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation message.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Passes once purchased are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where the event is cancelled by the organiser.
If the event is cancelled, the ticket amount (excluding convenience fees) will be refunded to the original payment method.
Date, venue, artists and schedule may change; such changes do not entitle a refund.

4. Conduct

Outside food, beverages, alcohol, smoking materials, weapons and prohibited substances are not allowed.
Guests behaving in an unsafe, abusive or disruptive manner may be removed without refund.

5. Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to that footage being used for promotional purposes.

6. Liability

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The organiser is not liable for loss, theft or personal injury.
Attendance is at your own risk and subject to applicable local laws and venue rules.
