Navratri, a Hindu festival deeply rooted in Gujarat's heritage, has been celebrated for centuries, where people dance in circles to rhythmic beats and traditional Gujarati music

The nine nights of Navratri represent the nine different forms of the goddess Durga, and during this time, people gather to worship and celebrate her divine presence. Garba, the dance of devotion, is a way to express gratitude and seek the blessing of the goddess.

It provides an opportunity for people to socialize, make new friends, and strengthen existing bonds. The dance circle creates a sense of unity and camaraderie among participants.

The colorful attire, intricate dance steps, and rhythmic music make garba a captivating and artistic form of expression.

Ruju Desai is a seasoned fitness expert with a remarkable track record spanning over 25 years. She has transformed countless lives through her passion for fitness which is matched only by her dedication to guiding others on their journey to optimal health.

The proud owner of a thriving fitness studio called “Ruju’s Fitness”. Ruju is also renowned for her engaging fitness workshops and specialized marathon sessions. She frequently organizes public events featuring entertaining fitness performances. Her impact extends to the digital realm, where she's a leading influencer, inspiring people worldwide to embrace a lifestyle to look forward to.

Ruju also serves as a faculty member of performing arts at a prestigious university in Ahmedabad, seamlessly blending her passion for fitness and the arts to enrich the lives of his students and the community at large.

Vineeta Dev Desai, the force behind the renowned gym 'Carv'd'. A health and wellness coach and Plant based nutritionist; Vineeta specializes in the subject of Gut health as well as healing PCOS. A certified fitness and nutrition expert, she believes that with determination and dedication, anybody can achieve the body they want. She is a firm promoter of looking at health and fitness holistically and is always keen to enhance Internal Health Factors along with Body Transformation programs.

Vanshika Patel is the founder of 'Expression', a unique initiative that spreads the importance of art and culture among children. A social butterfly, this young 18-year-old loves playing host and her company is gleefully endeared by the young as well as the young at heart!

Following in her father's footsteps, she also shares an ardent passion for events- attending and organizing, both. Her warm and welcoming nature, exceptional eye for detail and love for all things aesthetic all make her an ideal candidate for the industry.
